Officer Who Murdered Eric Garner With A Choke Hold Suspended


Five years ago Daniel Pantaloon put Garner in a choke hold consequently ending his life.

Suspension was the final verdict of a 5 year long case in which Garners veneered last words, ‘ I can’t breathe sparked a rally for the Black Lives Matter movement.

Garner died on July 17, 2014 after the New York Officer went against and prohibited by the NYPD’s policy. Later a medical examiner classified the death as homicide yet a grand jury decided not to indict Pantaleo.

The Department of Justice declared that there were insufficient evidence to prove beyond a reasonable doubt” Pantaleo has voided the federal criminal civil rights act.

“I want the Garner family and every single person hurt by the tragedy of his death to know they are seen and heard. We all watched Eric Garner’s dying words. They haunted this nation. He NEVER should have died,” de Blasio tweeted after the debate.
