New Additions:

This week viewers will welcome additions to the animation category including with Dragon Pilot: Hisone and Masotan, and Hilda making their debut onto the famous streaming platform, Netflix.

Dragon Pilot is a tale of a young woman who has been chosen to join an “under wraps” airforce to pilot fighter jets, what’s the hook? Well.. these fighter jets are actually dragons in disguise!

Hilda is an animated adventure based upon Luke Pearson a famous comic under the same exact name. It’s about a petite Scandinavian girl who makes a habit of living a regular life handling average responsibilities like schoolwork and family life at home. All the meanwhile having a desire to interact with mythical creatures not limited to, trolls, giants, spirits, and elves! All of which are her friends!

Now that October is around the corner Netflix is treating its viewers with a taste of Halloween with these coming films. Most notably 2015s’ The Witch has already made its debut on the platform, a supernatural horror film about a Puritan Family who relocates there place of living next to a forest, what’s the catch? There are witches in those woods! Scarred by the psychological trauma that will soon follow this family, famous actress Anya Taylor-Joy plays the eldest daughter in the family who is caught in a period of transition into womanhood when these events play out! ….Yikes!

On September 18, another spooky delight, American Horror Story: Cult arrives on Netflix. Cult is the seventh season of American Horror Story, and it dives straight into the political divide that erupted in the United States after the 2016 presidential election. The series stars Ocean’s 8’s Sarah Paulson, X-Men: Days of Future Past’s Evan Peters, 30 Rock’s Cheyenne Jackson, Star Wars: The Last Jedi’s Billie Lourd, and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World’s Alison Phil. Even if it’s not scary, it’s worth noting that Scott Pilgrim was also added to Netflix.
