Financier Jeffrey Epstein Dies In Jail

Alleged sex abuser, Jeffrey Epstein killed himself inside of his jail cell in manhattan reports say.

Jeffrey had hanged himself at 6:30 am on Saturday. Just last month following the denial of his bail from his sex trafficking charges, he had been discovered unconscious in his cell.

Officials have investigated this incident as a potential suicide attempt by Jeffrey. Not long after Epstein had been placed under suicide watch receiving psychiatric evaluations daily. One week later he was removed to a cell in a segregated section with double the amount of security.

Mr. Barr states, “I was appalled to learn that Jeffrey Epstein was found dead early this morning from an apparent suicide while in federal custody, “Mr. Epstein’s death raises serious questions that must be answered.”

Last month federal prosecutors laid a sex trafficking charge on Epstein having abused girls as young as 14. His recent attention in the media sparked controversy on how Epstein had shadowed a more severe punishment from his trial almost ten years ago.

We have to live with the scars of his actions for the rest of our lives, while he will never face the consequences of the crimes he committed — the pain and trauma he caused so many people,” Ms. Araoz says.

Mr. Berman comments, “Today’s events are disturbing, and we are deeply aware of their potential to present yet another hurdle to giving Epstein’s many victims their day in court.”

Epstein’s had been reportedly engaging in physical sexual altercations with minors at two of his locations one of which resides in Palm Beach, FL and his Upper East Side mansion between the years 2002-2005.

He had pleaded not guilty knowing that if he had been convicted he would be facing a prison sentence up to 45 years in jail. He had asked to achieve a bond under the circumstance that he would be heavily monitored by security in his property. The request had been denied by the federal judge.
